Department Lead Women’s Artistic Gymnastics
Huntingdon Gymnastics Club is looking to recruit a Lead Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Coach to continue our success at national and international level. Our club is committed to challenging the very best clubs in Great Britain with a dedicated team of full time performance coaches. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing the existing girls within our programme and identifying and nurturing our future gymnasts and coaches. This is a once in a decade opportunity for the right coach to produce performance gymnasts.
The Role
Responsible to the Club Manager, the successful candidate will manage and oversee the Women’s Artistic Performance Department. They will have excellent mentoring and management skills and will be able to lead a team of coaches. This role will require the coach to work the required hours to produce high level gymnasts, a typical week will be 40 hours over 5 days per week including Saturdays.

Requirements
· The ideal candidate would hold an HPC (Level 5) coaching qualification in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, though we would consider candidates with a Level 4 coaching qualification in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics.
· The successful candidate will have a proven track record of producing national squad gymnasts, and a pedigree of producing junior or senior international standard of gymnasts would be favourable.
· The successful candidate will have experience of building and leading a cohesive coaching team where every coach’s efforts are recognised and they are supported to further improve their knowledge.

Men’s Artistic Performance Gymnastics Coach

Huntingdon Gymnastics Club is looking to recruit a Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Performance coach to join our team. This a crucial role within the club. Working alongside the Head of Men’s Artistic Gymnastics – Ben Howells, the successful applicant will play a leading role in the future development of the clubs Performance Programme.
The Role
Take responsibilities for the delivery of gymnastics to specific groups within the Men’s Artistic programme
Support the delivery of the wider Men’s Artistic Performance Squad programme
Deliver high quality, safe, developmental and enjoyable gymnastics sessions
Facilitate talent identification within the groups.
Benefits
· The salary range is £29,000-£31,000 dependent on qualification and experience.

Do you have:
· Level 4 or 5 in Men’s Artistic Gymnastics is desirable, Level 3 coaches working towards L4 are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Voluntary for the first 12 months leading to paid employment.

Huntingdon Gymnastics Club Limited is a leading gymnastics club in the UK, dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for gymnasts of all ages and abilities to learn and develop their skills.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic young people aged between 14 and 16 years old to take their first steps into coaching gymnastics by joining our Trainee Gymnastics Coach Programme. As a Trainee Coach, you will work alongside our experienced coaches to deliver high-quality gymnastics sessions to our members. This is initially a voluntary role that offers a fantastic opportunity to gain coaching experience and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. The club will support the successful applicant by providing both external coach education and mentoring and support from our coaching team.
Responsibilities:
* Assist experienced coaches in delivering gymnastics sessions to gymnasts of all ages and abilities
* Develop knowledge and understanding of gymnastics techniques, safety procedures, and coaching methods
* Support the development of gymnasts' skills and abilities
* Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all gymnasts and staff
Requirements:
* Aged between 14-16 years old
* No prior coaching experience required
* A passion for gymnastics and a desire to learn and develop coaching skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable and committed to regular volunteering
* No formal gymnastics coaching qualification required.
